The Tardebigge is a stunning building set in the beautiful countryside between Bromsgrove and Redditch. This venue requires a Sous Chef to work with our Head Chef and kitchen team to develop a modern fresh food menu featuring globally-flavoured fare alongside British pub classics.
We are dedicated to quality food and drink in stylish surroundings. Every detail of every dish is of the utmost importance. As a team we are Good Hosts and aim to create an atmosphere that is aspirational, convivial and welcoming thereby laying the perfect setting for good times full of laughter, love and celebration.
Role:
As a Sous Chef with Good Host Group you’ll be working for an exciting company. The gastropub has c. 120 covers.
You will be working under the guidance of our experienced Head Chef, this is an excellent opportunity to improve your skills and learn from a company committed to training and developing their people.
